About Me

The Zumba classes that I lead are simple, fun and high energy. The music is fabulous. If you like to dance, you'll love this class. The age range in these classes at the Jewish Community Center in West Bloomfield is 24-84 years old! (not kidding). EVERYBODY works their body and heart at their own level and has fun doing it. Ditch the work out and join our party! Great, energizing work-out in a beautiful fitness facility with well lit parking lot. (15.00 walk-in fee for non- members).
